Biography
Anthony Novella is an associate attorney in the Supreme Court and Appeals Divisions of the firm. In this capacity, he researches and drafts and argues substantive and procedural motions before the Supreme Court, attends court conferences, conducts depositions, oversees paper discovery, settles cases and prepares cases for trial. He also aids in the preparation of appellate briefs and related motion practice.
Prior to his employment at the firm, Mr. Novella represented architects and engineers in all phases of commercial construction litigation in New York and Connecticut federal and state courts. From June 2001 to February 2004, Mr. Novella was Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Danbury in Connecticut.
