Biography

Ms. Guiliano is an associate in the Supreme Court Division of the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Guiliano was an associate with a New York law firm, practicing all aspects of complex litigation relating to Breach of Contract Actions, Fraud Actions, Declaratory and Injunctive Relief, Commercial Litigation, Bankruptcy and Matrimonial law.

Ms. Guiliano is experienced in drafting and arguing substantive and procedural motions before the Supreme Court, attending court conferences, conducting depositions and overseeing discovery.
