Biography

Charles Balvin is an associate assigned to the residential non-payment and residential holdover proceedings department. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Balvin was an Assistant District Attorney in Queens County, where he prosecuted white collar crimes, tax evasion, real estate fraud, and internet crimes. In addition, Mr. Balvin was assigned to the Drug Eviction Program, where he evicted numerous tenants who used their apartments to conduct illegal activities.
