Mr. Notte is an associate assigned to the firm’s Supreme Court litigation department. Aside from assisting in all areas of Supreme Court practice, Mr. Notte is versed in the areas of judgment collection, bankruptcy, and commercial holdover and non-payment litigation. In 1997, he received the Stephen J. Thompson Award from Catholic University School of Law for an article he wrote entitled Copyright Infringement in Cyberspace. In 2001 he received the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts Pro Bono Award. From 2002-2005 he was a guest lecturer with Louman Education Services on the topic of judgment collection in landlord/tenant disputes.
