Danielle Wanglien is an associate with the firm assigned to the residential non-payment and residential holdover proceedings. Ms. Wanglien also practices in the administrative law department representing landlords in various proceedings brought in front of the Division of Housing and Community Renewal. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wanglien worked for the New York State Senate as Counsel to the Housing Committee. In that capacity, she analyzed and proposed legislative and budgetary policies on housing issues, with a specific focus on rent regulation and financing for affordable housing renovation and development. Ms. Wanglien is a member of the New York State Bar.
