Biography

Jay Sahni is an associate with the firm assigned to the residential non-payment and residential holdover proceedings department. In addition to litigating in Housing Court, Mr. Sahni’s practice involves the drafting and arguing of procedural and substantive motions, as well as performing research on complex legal issues. Mr. Sahni is also well-versed in real estate transactional law, having represented parties in residential and commercial matters.
