Lee M. Zeldin is Of-Counsel to the firm. He has extensive litigation experience pertaining to a wide range of issues, including Real Estate Law and Contract Law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Zeldin managed his own law practice, specializing in several areas of law, primarily focused on litigation and other real estate matters.
He was sworn into the New York State bar at the age of 23, the youngest attorney in the state at the time. Mr. Zeldin is also a Captain and military attorney in the U.S. Army Reserves. An Army ROTC commissionee, he served on active duty from 2003-2007 and deployed to Iraq with the 82nd Airborne Division in the summer of 2006. Mr. Zeldin is currently a New York State Senator representing the Third Senatorial District in Suffolk County.
