Prior to joining Borah Goldstein in 2012, Adam Cooper was affiliated with the firm of Cooper, Paroff, Cooper & Cook for almost nineteen years and was a partner since 2000.
In 2012 Mr. Cooper joined Borah Goldstein as a partner and works in the landlord/tenant division, where he is active in Queens County. He has broad experience in handling both residential and commercial nonpayment and holdover proceedings. He also has extensive experience defending landlord’s in HP proceedings against HPD violations and tenant complaints.
Mr. Cooper also helps landlord’s obtain and enforce money judgements against former tenants and then enforces those judgements against available assets.
