Biography

Carlos Perez-Hall is an associate of the firm.  He regularly practices in Bronx County where he helps both small and large property owners. Mr. Perez-Hall can be found in both the Residential and Commercial parts of Housing Court, litigating Summary Non-Payment and Holdover Proceedings and helping landlords understand the intricacies of the Rent Stabilization Law, Section 8, and other subsidized housing and transfer programs.  He also defends landlords against HPD violations and code infractions.
