Biography

Ms. Keller is a partner of the firm who is a specialist in representing several not-for-profit, community based housing development and management companies.  Her expertise includes knowledge of subsidy programs, tax-credit housing developments, HDFC developments (both rental and Coop) and numerous New York City- HPD low-income programs.

From 1982 to October 1994, Ms. Keller served as Assistant Director and General Counsel to the Harlem Restoration Project, a not-for-profit Housing Development and Management Organization.
