Biography
Gregory C. Soumas, a partner of the firm, supervises the Borah, Goldstein commercial non-payment and holdover division. His core practice is commercial litigation, although he is conversant in all areas of residential real estate law.
Gregory is active in New York State politics. He holds elected office within the Democratic Party as the District Leader for the 69th Assembly District. In 2005, Gregory received the prestigious appointment of Commissioner of the Board of Elections of the City of New York by the New York City Council.
