Biography

Jennifer A. Ecker joined the firm as a senior associate in February 2006. She was elevated to partner in January 2009. Prior to joining the firm she was a senior supervising associate at a prominent New York law firm, where she represented clients in complex real estate litigation and transactional matters.

Ms. Ecker is a skilled trial attorney with extensive experience in litigation of commercial civil disputes. She regularly litigates in the Supreme Court, the Civil Court and before various administrative agencies. Her practice also includes: drafting and negotiating complex commercial leases; supervising commercial and residential real estate closings; counseling clients on landlord/tenant legal issues, New York condominium and cooperative law, and New York City Loft Board issues.
