Biography

Mr. Eberight is a partner of the firm with expertise in several administrative areas.  He regularly handles rent regulatory matters before the State Division of Housing & Community Renewal.  In addition, he regularly represents clients before the Criminal Court and the Environmental Control Board with regard to Building and Fire Code violations.  Furthermore, he has expertise defense of claims involving human rights violations.

Mr. Eberight is a frequent lecturer on the various matters of expertise as noted above.
