Biography:
Ms. Polinsky is a Senior Partner of the firm and has served the firm for nearly thirty years.
Ms. Polinsky is a tenacious, aggressive litigator who is experienced in litigating and strategizing major commercial and residential real-estate cases in Civil and Supreme Courts in all of the boroughs of New York.
She is also active in transactional matters ranging from assistance in purchasing a building to advising landlords how to maximize their profits in the buildings they own.
Ms. Polinsky received her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and, on an undergraduate level she graduated with Honors from Brooklyn College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. On a graduate level, she attended NYU Graduate School of International Business. On a community level, she is active in Community Board issues and a multitude of Philanthropic Civil and Cultural Institutions. Ms. Polinsky was named one of the top women in Real Estate in 2009 by NY Residential Magazine.
