Residential non-payment rent proceedings are a primary area of our expertise. With many of the firm’s partners experienced in this practice area, the firm offers strong services that include preparation of rent demands, preparation and service of notices of petitions and petitions, prosecution of non-payment proceedings and, when appropriate, engaging in negotiated settlements.
