This division protects the rights of owners (as creditors) when the tenant debtor has filed a Chapter 11, 13, or 7 petition in the Bankruptcy Court. The services we provide include:

• Preparing and filing monetary claims for rents and additional charges owed under a lease
• Preparing and prosecuting motions to vacate the automatic stay
• Negotiating lease rejections and assumptions and/or assignments
• Defending or prosecuting adversarial proceedings which arise in the context of a bankruptcy proceeding
• Attending meetings of creditors
• Applying for the appointment of trustees or examinees
