Biography
Todd I. Nahins is a Senior Partner of the firm with broad and extensive experience in both the Residential and Commercial Parts of the Civil Court of the City of New York. He regularly represents many of the firm’s most established clients in matters ranging from rent strikes and other substantial non-payment matters to all varieties of holdover proceedings. He is in charge of the Firm’s Residential Non-Payment Division and assists in the supervision of the Residential Holdover Division.
Mr. Nahins has had articles published in real estate publications and has lectured before the New York Community’s Real Estate Program and the Uniform Court System of the State of New York. He has also achieved the highest rating by Martindale Hubble.
