Prior to joining the firm, Phoebe worked for the NYC Department of Buildings in the agency's Administrative Enforcement Unit. Ms. Dossett then worked in private practice representing property owners and construction companies before the Office of Administrative Trial and Hearings (OATH) and Criminal Summons Court to resolve violations issued by the Department of Buildings , Fire Department , Department of Transportation, the Department of Environmental Protection, and other city-issued tickets , as well as the resolution of Department of Housing and Preservation violations. Phoebe has extensive knowledge of New York City's building and construction codes. Phoebe is also an experienced housing court litigator.
