Biography

Darren R. Marks focuses on litigating in the New York State and Federal Courts and before various administrative agencies. Mr. Marks periodically serves as a court-appointed receiver, referee, fiduciary and small claims arbitrator.

Mr. Marks is the immediate past President of the Lexington Democratic Club, and the founding President of the Small Claims Arbitrators Association. Mr. Marks is an active member of the New York County Lawyers Association, serving on the Judiciary Committee and Civil Court Committee. Mr. Marks has been recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine for the New York City metropolitan area as a Rising Star (under 40) for the years 2013 through 2017.
