Christopher D. Warren is an Associate in the Supreme Court Division concentrating on complex commercial and real estate litigation for closely held corporations in State and Federal Courts. Christopher graduated Cum Laude from New York Law School, where he was a Harlan Scholar and on the Executive Board of the Law Review.

Christopher was previously an associate at a New York law firm. Prior to earning his J.D., Christopher was a banker with a national bank and gained real estate business experiencing by helping companies expand their investment portfolios. Christopher’s industry background and practical experience provide him with insight into his clients’ companies and is a valuable addition to the Supreme Court Division.

Mr. Warren is on the Construction Law Committee at the New York City Bar Association and previously served on the Land Use & Zoning Law Committee.

Recent representative matters include:

  • Represented a partner of an LLC in a “business divorce” where minority members of an LLC sought an accounting and dissolution of multi-million dollar business
  • Represented a corporate entity in the recovery of a substantial deposit in a time of the essence contract litigation
  • Represented a partner of a PC in a business divorce in a multi-million-dollar action for an accounting and distribution of partnership assets
  • Represented an LLC in a multi-million-dollar adverse possession claim
  • Represented a minority member of a foreign LLC in the judicial dissolution of a quarter-billion-dollar real estate development company
  • Represented real estate broker in recovery of million-dollar fee for non-performance of contract
