Borah Goldstein Altschuler Nahins & Goidel Board of Directors announces newly elected members

The Board of Directors of Borah Goldstein Altschuler Nahins & Goidel, P.C. is pleased to announce that Darren R. Marks, Carlos Perez-Hall, Jeffrey H. Seiden and Gregory G. Vail have been elected to the firm’s Board of Directors.

Darren R. Marks has been practicing law with the firm for 8 years. He primarily practices in both Civil and Supreme courts where he focuses on representing private equity firms, family-owned businesses, high net worth individuals and companies. His practice includes complex litigation and negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution. He also regularly serves as a Court Appointed Receiver.

Carlos Perez-Hall has been practicing law with the firm for 16 years. He has extensive litigation experience in residential and commercial landlord-tenant courts representing property owners. He is responsible for the firm’s Bronx County Landlord/Tenant Department and represents owners throughout the City of New York and Westchester.

Jeffrey H. Seiden joined the firm 14 years ago and has extensive experience in commercial and residential litigation representing small and large property owners in Supreme, Civil, and Housing Court.

Gregory G. Vail has been practicing law with the firm for 25 years.  He is an experienced litigator representing owners in housing court, civil court, and administrative tribunals. Mr. Vail has extensive experience representing buildings owned under both the Mitchell Lama program and not-for-profit entities.
