Commercial Non-Payment and Holdover Proceedings
Representing clients in commercial non-payment and lease breach disputes is a long-standing practice area of the firm. Several of our senior partners practice in this area and appear in the commercial parts of the Civil Court in New York, Kings, Queens and Bronx counties. They create strategic plans for aggressive, timely action in order to yield the successful recovery of substantial monies and/or sums or possession in the non-payment area and recovery of possession in the holdover area.
