Glenn Berezanskiy

Mr. Berezanskiy is a Partner in the firm’s Complex Supreme Court Litigation Division and an accomplished trial lawyer, representing clients in high-stakes commercial, corporate, and real estate disputes—including both commercial and residential litigation—across Federal, State, and City forums, as well as before regulatory agencies. With extensive experience in complex litigation and trial advocacy, he is recognized for his ability to navigate high-value, multi-party, and multi-jurisdictional disputes with precision and strategic foresight. Mr. Berezanskiy manages all phases of litigation—from pre-suit strategy and discovery through trial and appeal—achieving successful results in some of the most challenging commercial and real estate matters.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Berezanskiy maintains a robust transactional and advisory practice, counseling clients on major real estate acquisitions, development projects, and investment transactions. He regularly represents investors, developers, and management entities in the purchase, sale, and redevelopment of commercial and residential properties, guiding them through every stage of due diligence, structuring, financing, and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Berezanskiy provides comprehensive counsel on corporate formation, governance, and compliance, offering tailored risk analyses that enable clients to navigate complex statutory frameworks and mitigate exposure under Federal and State law.
