Biography

Michael Curatola is a senior associate in the Firm’s Transactional Department. His practice involves both commercial and residential properties, including sales, acquisitions and leasing. Michael has guided countless clients from contract to closing.

Michael frequently works with coops, small businesses, and developers throughout New York. He is an experienced drafter and negotiator of legal agreements, and has advised clients on matters of zoning, land use, and administrative law.

Michael’s writing on legal topics has been published in Law 360, and he often delivers live presentations on the latest updates in the real estate industry. He has extensive experience working with licensees on the cutting edge of the New York State cannabis industry, where he developed novel lease contingencies that have since become the industry standard.
