Biography
Jordan C. Fried is a Partner for the firm's Administrative/Rent Regulatory Division. He has experience in proceedings before New York State's Division of Housing & Community Renewal (DHCR), as well as matters involving the New York State Office of the Attorney General, the Department of Housing, Preservation & Development and the Department of Buildings. Mr. Fried was an attorney in DHCR's Tenant Protection Unit for over ten years, where he specialized in large scale investigations, enforcement actions, and settlement agreements related to rent stabilization and rent control matters.
