Biography
Helen Hanna Kim is a member of the Firm’s Supreme Court Division and focuses on complex real estate and commercial disputes, including breach of contract, commercial landlord-tenant matters, rent stabilization, and co-op and condominium litigation. Helen represents clients throughout all stages of litigation, including motion practice and appellate advocacy.
Prior to joining the Firm, Helen practiced for several years at a boutique real estate law firm and gained additional litigation experience in New York and New Jersey courts.
Helen earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, where she served as an editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter and was a recipient of a meritorious scholarship.
In her free time, Helen enjoys working on art projects and staying active through Pilates and strength training.
