Nicki LoGrasso joined Borah, Goldstein, Nahins, & Goidel, P.C. in 2025 as an Associate in the Landlord/Tenant division, focusing on matters in both Civil Court, Housing Part, and New York State Supreme Court, including complex litigation, Residential Holdover & Non-payment Proceedings, Commercial Non-payment & Holdover Proceedings, Small Claims. Nicki has been a litigator for over three years in landlord/tenant dispute resolution.
