Biography
Kelly Rodriguez is Special Counsel in both the Firm’s Supreme Court Division and Housing Court Division. He has broad experience in commercial real estate litigation in state and federal courts, with 26 years of practice experience that ranges from summary proceedings in New York City Civil Court, to complex real property and contract disputes in New York State Supreme Court and the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts. Mr. Rodriguez’s practice includes breach of contract actions, ejectment actions, foreclosures, fraud actions, actions to rescind or to reform a lease, Article 78 proceedings, and actions for declaratory and injunctive relief.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rodriguez represented wireless carriers and global telecommunication companies including AT&T, T-Mobile, Mastec, Inc. and Ericsson, LM.
Mr. Rodriguez is a is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Florida Bar Association and Hawaii State Bar Association. He is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York and Florida.
