Parker S. Rothman

Parker S. Rothman focuses his practice on sophisticated real estate litigation. He has experience securing favorable resolutions on behalf of a diverse roster of building developers, and owners, including condominium/cooperative boards. Mr. Rothman also has significant experience litigating Loft Law issues.

Prior to joining the firm's commercial litigation and Loft Law groups, Mr. Rothman successfully litigated multifaceted actions and proceedings obtaining favorable decisions, judgments, and evenly advantageous out-of-court settlements for his clients.
