Biography
Gregory R. Sarafan joined the firm as an associate in 2022 in the Landlord/Tenant division. He has worked in many facets of landlord/tenant litigation since 2016. In addition to his experience with non-payment and holdover proceedings, Greg is involved in a range of other matters with the firm including small claims and HP proceedings. Before joining the landlord tenant world Greg was general counsel to several live event production companies advising on business matters, as a liaison with government agencies, general liability, and legal public relations as well as engaging in media, marketing, and project/personnel management for live events.
In 2017, Greg was a panelist at the Duke University Sports an Entertainment Law Symposium. Since 2011 Greg has held several legal and senior non-legal roles with the national voter registration organization HeadCount.org, helping to register over 1 million voters.
