Eliana Shalikar

Eliana is an associate, awaiting admission to the New York Bar, in our firm’s transactional department, where she focuses on purchases and sales of residential and commercial properties, lender representation, leasing, and cooperative and condominium law. Eliana joined our firm during the summer of her second year of law school. During law school, Eliana served as a Notes and Comments editor for the Journal of International Business and Law and was the President of the Jewish Law Students Association.

Prior to joining our firm, Eliana has worked in many facets of transactional real estate since 2019, where she successfully handled various real estate related projects primarily focusing on financing, acquisitions, private lender representation and cooperative law.
